Accommodation

This spectacular villa has capacity for 14 people and is located within the most exclusive condominium on the Mexican Pacific coast: PUNTA IXTAPA.

The two main suites have a king size, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and dressing room, and a terrace with ocean views with lounging chairs. The four double guest suites have 2 queen size beds, a full bathroom and a terrace with ocean views; there are also 3 bedrooms with 2 bunk beds each, a full bathroom and closet. All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. Our chef, with a fully equipped kitchen, is also at your service to prepare your meals until 6:00 p.m. A cleaning lady is also at your service to clean, serve you drinks and keep everything running smoothly during your stay (also until 6:00 pm).

The villa has its own 25 meter swimming pool with a large terrace for sunbathing, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the breathtaking ocean view with the "hills" on the horizon. A large triple reception living room and a bar area are the main relaxation area, surrounded by a beautiful garden full of exotic vegetation. To enjoy your meals, you can choose between the three places we have: the formal dining room, the breakfast terrace or the lunch pavilion; We also have a special sea observation area right on the cliff, where you can enjoy watching and listening to the waves crash against it. There is also a media room available, with an HDTV with full SKY TV.

The condominium has 24-hour surveillance so it is super safe and has four parking spaces, two covered and two outdoors.

Two beaches are a short walk from the villa: Playa "Las Cuatas" with 2 private beaches "Playa Quieta" is a quiet beach, ideal for jogging, walking or water skiing. Ixtapa offers one of the most beautiful paved running trails that runs through all of Ixtapa, from the marina, to the wild vegetation and finally to Playa Linda.
